Accessed via a few steps down from the main thoroughfare, the chalet itself is situated in a quiet, safe, pedestrianised area, just a five-minute walk from the centre of the resort and the pistes. It is the perfect place for children to play after skiing.
The chalet is arranged over three levels, with the main entrance on the middle level. The wide entrance hall has plenty of storage and seating and leads through to the large, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area.
The light and bright living area is centred around a wood burner and has access to the wide, south-facing terrace, with views towards Mont Pourri.
The entrance hall also provides access to the drying room with utility area, as well as the stairs down to the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor, along with a second living area, currently arranged as a TV/games room, with access to the west-facing terrace.
The remaining three double bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite shower room are located on the first floor of the chalet.
This is a great family chalet and already has a proven rental track record. The current owner rents it out on a weekly basis when they are not using it themselves.
What I love about this chalet is the setting. Whilst you are less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of the resort and the pistes, you are also in a quieter area of the village. This is the perfect family chalet, set up to enjoy Sainte Foy in both winter and summer.
