Courchevel Property Market Review – Summer 2026

18th July 2026 | Courchevel

Our Courchevel agent Dave Morris reviews the current Courchevel property market in Summer 2026

If you’re keeping an eye on the Courchevel property market, there’s plenty of things happening at the moment.

In Courchevel 1850, the number of development projects is really unprecedented. There’s a huge amount of investment going into the resort, reflecting the continued demand for top-quality alpine property.

In 1650, the new build market is moving steadily. While some of the best properties have already been sold, there’s still some attractive opportunities for buyers looking for value in a modern development.

We’re also seeing increasing interest in La Praz and Bozel, where buyers can still find excellent opportunities before prices potentially move higher. And with Courchevel set to host many of the alpine events during the 2030 Winter Olympics, more and more owners are beginning to look ahead and consider how that global exposure could influence property values over the coming years
